Fees include full attendance to Conference sessions, welcome cocktail and social program:
- Welcome coctail in a central location in Malaga (Tuesday 5th July, 2022) - Included in the registration fee.
- Excursion to the Torcal de Antequera Natural Park with Astronomical Observation and picnic (Wednesday 6th July, 2022) - Included in the registration fee.
Fees do not include attendance to the congress lunches and gala dinner:
- Lunches (Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th July, 2022 - Financed by the registration fee, cost 3€ per lunch and congress registrant.
- Conference Dinner (Thursday 7th July, 2022) - Financed by Spectroscopy Committee of SEDOPTICA, cost 30€ per person.
FINANCIAL AID
Students may apply for financial aid granted by the various organising societies. Each society will provide appropriate information to its members on the requirements for and amount of the grants and the event organisers will take appropriate steps to prevent any duplication.
GUIDE FOR A CORRECT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Before abstract submission, the author should proceed with the Online Registration.
After registering, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to proceed with the abstract submission tool in your Personal Area.
The payment can be performed whenever the participant decides to do it, accordingly with dates available (before May 20 or after - different prices are applied). In the personal area there is information regarding the Fees and Payment rules.
In the Personal Area you will be able to submit your abstract(s) and replace the submitted abstract(s) at anytime until the deadline for abstract submission.
For each abstract, you should indicate the other authors and the preferred type of presentation (Oral or Poster).

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the Technical Secretariat according to the following conditions. Please, note cancellations received:
- Until April 8: 10% will be withheld for administrative fees.
- From April 8 untill May 20: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid.
- After May 20: no refund can be processed.
